Brynhildr issues?

so like,i try to log in today 10/21/2013 9:30pm est and i made it to the chara screen,though my world was no where to be found,none of the NA/EU worlds would display for me,has this happened with anyone else?

This is a common issue. It normally clears up shortly. I haven't had that happen for a couple weeks however.
