Steps:
I was trying to start the levequests in Coerthas. When I tried to speak to Cimeaurant, the levemete, I couldn't interact with him, the levequest menu did not get displayed, no matter how many times I spoke with him. I asked several players and they
seem to have the same issue.

I am also having the same problem!
