Signs of the Crime (40 Bot Leve Quest) Bugged

I have discovered that the Botany Leve Quest: "Signs of the Crime" can not be completed, at least not by my character.
It is a 4 node evaluation Leve but one of the nodes does not spawn, only the "area" on the mini map is present.
Please confirm.
