World Transfer Service mistake

I transferred the wrong character now I have to wait 3 days to transfer my main character. Is there a way to get support for the transfer system?

OT: You'll probably just have to try contacting them and see how they respond. Worst comes to the worst, you'll just have to wait the 3 days to do another transfer.
