Que for all dungeons for 50 level in DF / level sync adjustment

Dungeon finder - It would be extremely awesome if there was a Duty Finder option for level 50 players to check "que all". What this would do is que 50's into the other dungeons and would help other players fill their que for story dungeons and lower level dungeons. The level 50 would get an incentive reward for X amount of philosophy tomes.

Level Sync - it would be a big quality of life fix for level syncing if we got to keep all of our spells learned when being synced down. The penalty is all the spells would be adjusted to approximate level of the sync. As it is currently we lose the spell all together and really messes up our action bars.

Something like your first suggestion is coming in the next content patch. There will be daily rewards for queuing for the dungeon selected that day.

For the other thing, if your strength is being lowered to match the content you're doing, it doesn't seem very fair to grant you access to abilities higher than you currently are.
