Haven't had this problem yet.
For the past 2 days i havent even been able to log into the game. If im lucky it doesnt tell "Cannot upload NA/EU server" and i can actually select my character to try and log in. But even if i get past that part, it is 90king before it logs into the game.
This is probably the 20th time in a row trying without success, and i've restarted/shut down my computer several times..
