Crafting Mats lost
Please tell me, that it is a joke - that the crafting mats, my guild mates handed to me, for the purpose of crafting HQ 2-Star items, can't be restored.
I'm one of the crafters on our server, that can almost assure by 100%, that every 2-Star craft becomes HQ, due to excessive craftjobs leveling.
Today I got disconnected twice, TWICE, 2-FREAKING-TIMES, while I crafted for customers. The first person said it was my fault so I decided to contact support later about it, to restore the mats - cause the craft was obviously almost finished with 1 or 2 steps away from full progress with enough durability and 100% Quality. So I bought 9x 125 TomeofPhilosophy Items, to restart the craft - surprise, no problems finishing the craft.
After raiding, also today, one of my fellow mates gave me mats to craft him something. Again 2-Star, again 9x 125 TomeofPhilosophy Items. Again I disconnected during the last craft with full quality and almost finished progress. Again all mats are lost. Again I have to pay for 9x 125 TomeofPhilosophy Items, even though its not my fault.
Then I decided to contact support, via support desk ingame, just to see, that there is NO FREAKING CHANCE to contact support about this.
Please tell me, that there is a way to restore the lost mats. There is enough evidence to provide, so it gets 100% clear, that I could not have failed this craft and I just lost 18x ToP Items, due to random disconnects from FF14.
It can't be, that players like me get punished for freaking nothing. It's like biting the hand that feeds You. I am seriously considering to quit, if the bill is on me.

This is my biggest fear whenever I craft 2 stars. Sorry to read this actually happened to you.

I don't get why the server cannot store the status of a craft until it's complete… and just restore the game to that when logging in again.
