Just looking at the pictures they showed at one of their QnA sessions, it looks like we can confirm they are at least working on Fighter, Ninja, and... Onion Knight o.O?
Edit: The Fighter may just be placeholder for generic disciple of war, and the Onion Knight armor apparently already exists from 1.0. That Ninja is most definitely a ninja though :P

That second picture appears to just be a set of Foestriker. I haven't seen that specific video and the pictures are awful quality or I'd read what kana I can and tell you for sure what they say.

I'm fairly certain "Adventurer_Fighter" is just their way of saying Disciple of War, since the Disciple denomination is just a relic from 1.0s old development team... I'm almost certain I've seen some "Adventurer_Caster" concept art as well, which would obviously just be Disciple of Magic gear.
The only one which ever remotely seemed like a new Class was the Ninja one, but from what I remember that was Monks Crystal Tower gear? Not sure where I heard that to be honest... -
