Account suspended without any reason

First of all, im not rich, im not one of those players with millions in gil. I only have blm, miner, goldsmith and leather at 50, and 200k gil in my pocket. I was playing, happily, leveling clothcraft, then suddenly error 90000. It already happened to me in the past, no problem, lets login again. Error. ok maybe the pass is wrong or sthing happened with the one-time password. Error again.
"You could not login because the account in question is not registered"
wtf??
Then I open the account management system, it let me login, i check account services, and then i see "account suspended"
seriously, wtf???
The worst part is that im not able to cancel the automatic renewal for the monthly subscription. lol?? My account is suspended without any reason but u make me keep my monthly subscription?? seriously??
any explanation please? solutions? is this a joke??
