Bug to synchronize crystal U 'GHAMAROS MINES preventing access TITAN (HM)

I've just over three weeks reporting this bug, when trying Synchronise with crystal on the U 'GHAMAROS MINES is like not deliver the mission, ie I can sync as many times as you want without results (do not give me the duty of Titan Hard ).
