Is there a manual patch? Server not responding

So basically I had to reinstall Windows and the game. All Installed perfect as normal. Now heres the problem. I run the launcher to be greeted by the 3.5GB download. Fair enough, but about 2 hours into downloading the patch. I get the message server not responding. I have tried this 2-3 times now to the same result. Just wondering If there Is a manual patch so I can get back In as i have just returned from a 2 week absence. Thanks In advance. I wouldn't have minded If the stuff I did download saved my download progress but It just restarts the patch process.
