Evaluation Leves

Ok. So this may be common knowledge but just in case it isn't.

At 6 levels above the leve quest you are trying to do the high level item will go from 9 points to 8 points. At this level you can still achieve 25% evaluation.

Are you getting HQ items?

Can you? When I was lower level I was hitting the 25% evaluation all the time. Now that I am higher though. I just did it again and barely made the 5% level. I have never noticed an HQ animation and there is no percentage showing for if I will get an HQ item or not.

Doing the level 35 ones not and getting 9 points a swing instead of 6 like I was with the palms. So do the amount of points you get go down the higher your percentage change of getting the item gets?

Shot in the dark here, but I'm gunna guess it's because you are too high for the leve. So the game scales the points down. 7 pts for lower lvl item, and 9 for higher lvl is the standard. If you were getting 6pts a hit, then the game likely scaled the pts down since you were lvl 38 doing a lvl 30 leve. Again, this is just a guess but I can't think of anything else.
