Restriction on creating threads in suggestion forum
When I tried to create a suggestion thread I get this error

I know I haven't reached any sort of maximum because I haven't posted anything today, other than this thread I am making now. Which leaves that my main character level is to low. What sort of crap is this? I am a paying customer, my character level shouldn't have anything to do with me being able to make a post about making suggestions. Secondly, what level is required to post? I have one character level 37 and I have a second character level 19 with combat class, level 20 with crafting classes.
I have paid for this game, I have subscribed to this game and you have limitations on your customers being able to provide feedback? This make it seem as if you are making a statement that you don't care about your customers.
