With the recent Q&A session revealing thoughts on Warrior, Bard, Dragoon, and Melee balance changes, I hope SE will release proposed notes ahead of time so we can know how best to spend our mythology and resources.

Class Balance... They're trying to balance thing... So just play the class you actually like PLAYING and you'll be fine instead of playing the class the community think that are the best
Could also play a role based on how much you like it rather than how much damage it does.
There is no need to change warrior there is nothing wrong with it.
I'm not sure where they're getting brd is too strong. in my experience it starts to lose a bit of its luster as ilvl goes up. It also does not get a DPS limit break even though it's a DPS job, and has to sacrifice a significant amount of damage in order to use its support functions.
The only thing warrior really needs is what they're planning to do to it- make its interrupt a little better. and maybe give it a small mitigation buff.
One thing I'm concerned about is their intention to rebalance cross class skills. I'm almost certain they're referring to Raging Strikes. This has a long cooldown and is meant to be used for burn phases. I would disagree witht he notion that the jobs that have access to this have a big advantage over those that don't.
+20% damage for 20 seconds every 3 minutes is nice but not major. It's only active 11% of the time and that's assuming you simply activate it immediately every time it comes off cooldown
No idea why they are going to "balance" them then say they are nerfing the fights to make it easier for melee
Content in this game is already easy enough
Also bard was slowly not being top DPS if anyone notice their upgrade from Relic to Relic+1 was the least out of all of the Jobs
