Having an issue with the free transfer system that's still live. Comes up with the message of "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.
Please wait and try again."
I've checked the lodestone and there's no information about maintenance going on so what could be the problem? My character meets all the requirements and I was able to use the free transfer system more than 3 days ago.
Trying to use the service too for over 24h now and im keep getting the same error message :( /help

I'm in the same boat. I've been trying to transfer my freshly reborn 1.0 character to Sargatanas where the rest of my friends have decided to settle and I keep getting that "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.

I've gone through with using the "contact us" service but there isn't really a "World Transfer Service" topic to pick when filling one of those out, so I picked "Character Data Transfer".
I just dished out $20 for subscription crysta. I don't want to have to pay another $25 to play with my friends because the service decided not to cooperate. I really hope I can get this resolved before it comes to that.

Has anyone been able to transfer in the past 12 hours? This is beyond frustrating.
I did ~17 hours ago. If there were widespread problems there should be a lot more posts about it. Have you tried another browser, or clearing cache/cookies?
Tried several different browsers and cleared cache/cookies...no dice. It's like you said...I would expect there to be more posts if there were known "issues" with the service. I'm really at a loss here
According to a thread that I found in the solved section, if you created a character after the free transfer was enabled you're not able to transfer that character? If that was the case I want a refund as I can't create a new character on the server I want to play as it is always restricted due to high congestion. I thought I could create a character and wait 3 days on another server and then transfer over as it met all the requirements that was stated in the guidelines.
