Steps:
After killing several monsters, I was unable to cast any thunder spell until I deselected the target and reselected the target. This happened several times after killing about three monsters in a row. The abilities I used were Swiftcast, Fire 3, Fire 1, Thunder 3, Blizzard 3, and Scathe.
