We were battling Ifrit/Garuda for the Summoner Relic Reborn quest when I was counting the various times with my Free Company on Ifrit attempts for a primal weapon drop. The SMN book, only appeared 1/50 times on an average of 5 player accounts when discussed, prompting me to write up this bug report. I also discussed about it in Mor Dhona and similar accounts on the rarity of this weapon pop up.
