Server questions about Linkshells

Good afternoon fellow Sarga players.

After just moving our guild here to get all of our members on the same server and playing together, we are now here with all of you. While I love your server and its players, I did have a couple questions:

1) Do we have a community LS? One that we can get with other members and just chat or find groups without having to spam Shout?

2) Do we have a Guild LS? One where guild leaders get together and talk about stuff like Odin spawns or extra members for Coil/CT etc.
