Blocked ID (can't login)
Hi.
Three days ago a friend of mine (SE ID: lockyelbarbaro) tried to log into his FFXIV account through his PS3, however, when the system was negotiating the log, he received the following message telling that because of some kind of threat against his account was blocked until hi himself unblocked it by following SE instructions:

We've tried almost everything by now. Following the instructions provided by SE, we've had to reset the password of his account on multiple times, none of them worked. We tried to contact the SE Support Center but we are still to be given some kind of answer.
No matter what we tried, how many times we tried, and from where we tried (I've tried to log into his account from my PC, and it hasn't worked either), there was no way the client would let us enter the game, giving us the message of "wrong ID or Password".
Sincerely, I don't know what else to do, and my friend as already maxed out three jobs, so he doesn't want to leave the game. He provided his credit card to keep playing the game paying the monthly fee, so money isn't the problem here.
Please, I need help to unblock his account, so if anybody here know what's to be done, please tell us.
PS: Why do you use a system of BLOCKING an account over the possibility of some kind of risk on an account? Isn't that something a 'little' extreme? Wouldn't it be better to tell the account owner to change is password or something BEFORE blocking it??
