Steps:
I will cast a spell on a monster that is within range and red text will show on the screen that says Target no in Range. The spell doesn't seem to matter (Stone, Aero, Blizzard III, Fire, Scathe all have given me this problem). The monster can be close enough to damage me at melee range and I am unable to react. I have to move around until the monster moves to a new location before I am able to cast again.

This happens VERY OFTEN in AK and WP. If a monster moves I have a 50% chance to get this error and cannot cast until I test different areas around the monster for 1-3 seconds.

I have tested my ping and get results of 54ms to google and 72ms to espn. I do not think the issue is with my connection. I have asked others in parties and in my FC and they do not have these issues.
