BLM casting is Not working FIX IT

Here is my problem..

I cast BlizzardIII followed up by FireIII and during the FireIII cast my spell casting will almost freeze (not the game just the casting) and then when I hit BlizzardIII it will cast the FireIII shortly after and start casting B3.

With the game like this it makes it so non enjoyable to do anything serious like dungeons or raids. I feel like my dps takes a big hit from this bug and it's frustrating. I know it's server end, nothing is wrong with my computer or connection (I'm an IT guy). I have also tested on another rig. If you're experiencing this issue please post here to let it be known.

I have also been frustrated with the time it takes for umbral ice and astral fire to kick in.. it makes DPS rotation very poor and awkward.
