BLM casting is Not working

Something is wrong with the BLM casting mechanic.
At lvl 50 when i switch between Blizzard III and Fire III i get a strange lag.
and its not every time i get the mana back from blizzard III. i have to wait 1-2 sec before i get the mana back, but its not everytime it works.
I know im not the only one with this problem.
All my other classes have not problem with lag whatsoever.
I sit on a 70/10 mbit line.
But my BLM is having strange Lag problems with casting spells.
Im close to drop playing BLM cause of this.
