It's item level 52 and gives a different look for heavy armour. Anybody know where it drops?

Cutter's Cry seems a bit low. If it drops from anywhere, it would be Aurum Vale.
That said, I have a feeling that it's just leftovers from 1.0, and not obtainable in ARR. I wouldn't know though, since I never bothered to complete Aurum Vale. -

All of those ilevel 52 items used to drop in Cutter's Cry and Aurum Vale in 1.0. They are currently unobtainable.
