<Save the Queen> Recruiting for Competitive Raiding

I've recently established <Save the Queen> with an eye on endgame content, and server first achievements. I'm currently looking for players to form an initial 8 man core. These players must be:

Skilled
Attends 90% of raids barring legitimate excuse
Able to accept and give critique
Non ragers

We have very lenient gear requirements, as we recognize that the game is new and skilled players are still just hitting 50; in the future this is subject to change.

Players who are unable to stay clear of red zones and carry out their job at a consistency I deem acceptable will not be considered for a spot in <Save the Queen>. Applicants who show basic aptitude will be promoted to a trial membership for further evaluation.

We’re currently expecting to run at least 4 nights of the week (one of these will likely become a patch night- a day off in other words), from 9 to 12+ PST.

We’re looking for players who are dedicated to and enjoy raiding.
