Launcher issue

Im having an issue with the launcher.. the easier way to explain the issue is to just show you a picture...

I have tried restarting my computer, and I have restarted my router.

My only last resort is reinstalling all together.. but.. ugh, it sucks to do that -.-

any advice would be awesome

Found the solution, so if anyone else gets this issue, all you have to do is :

1. Locate the Final Fantasy XIV- A Realm Reborn fold

2. find the FFXIV_BOOT.cfg file

3. Rename said file (or delete it your choice - i jsut renamed)

4. launch game, and just go through initial launching steps
