Sunken Temple of Qarn Bug

In Qarn dungeon, there's a bug that appears to reset stats to around level 1 (but doesn't change the level/stats shown on screen).

First time: Oct. 17, 2013; around 2:30 PDT. Second time: Oct. 17, 2013; around 6:15 PDT.
Frequency:
Always (Occured both of the two times I went into the dungeon)

LL: Scholar; I believe lvl 36, but not sure. FY: Warrior; lvl 36.
Area and Coordinates:
Sunken Temple of Qarn, not sure of coordinates, but Lucius happened during first boss, and Fen happened during second boss (although, might've happened earlier and not noticed... ^^; )
Party or Solo:
Both of us were in parties of four both times.
NPC Name:
None.
Monster Name:
LL: Teratotor, when we noticed it, but it might have actually started the moment Lucius respawned. FY: Temple Guardian, but again, it might have started before then.

Not sure.
Steps:
Neither of us knowingly did anything to trigger it, nor did we have any forewarning.
The first time with Lucius Lightbringer: For only a single attempt of the first boss, he was suddenly unable to heal more than double-digit damage, although he'd been healing 250+ earlier. The bug disappeared after he next respawned. We just shrugged it off after that, so I don't have as many details on this one. (He also complained about abnormally heavy lag, which none of us [the other three party members] were having problems with. I'm not sure if this was caused by the bug, though.)
The second time with Fen Yuan (me): During the fight with the second boss, I couldn't obtain almost any aggro. Took us four attempts to realize my combos [Heavy Swing+Skull Sunder and Heavy Swing+Skull Sunder+Butcher's Block] were only doing around 30 damage, and my Heavy Swing was only doing around 3. We attempted the boss one more time after realizing it, 5 attempts in total. It never corrected itself, and my party ended up having to give up the dungeon.
