I just wanted to say thank you to Gm Shepenhow who helped me in game with an issue I was having. He\She was very, very helpful, polite, professional, and charming.
Kudos to you! I've never had an experience with an SE employee before this, and my first impression was superb. Keep it up!

Support Desk
Search - "GM Call"
No results should come up, click the "Support Team" button.
Question 1 > In-Game | Question 2 > Game Master Services
Then just put in your ticket!
