Can't Transfer!

I'm on Excalibur and the Mog Station is not allowing me to transfer to Sargatanas; I am trying to switch servers in order to play with my brother. I get to the point where I can input the desired server and select my current server but after that it just says "Unable to transfer at this time." Proceeded by the following reasons:


Why Was My Transfer Declined?

- Your character may be enlisted in a free company, or may have signed to a free company petition.
- Your character may be currently logged into the game.
- Your character's retainer may currently have items for sale.
- The calamity salvager may still possess items from your inventory (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- Your character's retainer has not been rehired (only applicable to characters transferred from Version 1.0).
- One or more characters subject to transfer may be located in the Mordion Gaol.
- One or more characters subject to transfer may have logged out while in an instanced area.

However, I am sure that I do not meet any of these criteria and should therefore be able to switch servers. Please help, thank you!

yep, same here. not sure what's going on

edit: try deleting your retainer. i did that and it worked for me.

I have way too many items to just delete him; also, they said your retainer would transfer with you :/

I think you should be able to transfer because you are going to another legacy world.
