Unable to meld, the menu is all stretched out

On PS3

Area and coordinates: Limsa Lominsa Lower decks, Hawker's alley (I went elsewhere, and it was still there)
Steps:
I wanted to meld some of my rings, so I used the meld skill, but my meld menu was so big that I couldn't select anything.
The menu didn't even show my equips, it was stuck on inventory.
I made my HUD change back to default to see if it would fix it, but it did not.
I also changed to my LTW and ARM and the bug was still there.

The image shows the cursor, but on my screen, that part was out of view. The left side of the chat is the border of my screen.

UPDATE: Turns out I can select and meld my stuff after all, but the window is still all streched.
