Looking to start something NEW (FC)

Hello all! Experienced mmo'er, blah blah, East Coast US player here. I am a guild leader planning start a new FC. Hoping to find other NA players or players who play during NA primetimes, but all are welcome. I've been playing in hopes of enjoying the game with others. I come from FFXI and expected more out of FFXIV ARR.

My goal is to find other community players who enjoy being immersed in the game, but skilled on the battle front as I do plan on organizing end-game groups (no rush). Sort of a casual progression guild (when we get there) kinda of thing. FFXI required more player interaction and thus had a great community. FFXIV ARR seems to lack this, thus my efforts to find some community players. If you're into this type of thing, reply with your thoughts!

I don't want to get mushy, but I'd like to make memories, not just exps!
