making respawn time faster

Adding more mobs to areas was a start but most parties can wipe out those mobs pretty fast. This leaves them to sit and wait and wait for the respawn of mobs and then when one spawns they kill it and wait again. In XI they respawned faster, this is what we need especially since you have mentioned the addition to chains. Some of us old timer are really looking forward to this and we already try and set up SP grind parties. But i still think the mobs need to respawn a bit faster.
