Help founding a Free Company

Hey everybody. I'm trying to found a Free Company that is pretty laid back and open to everyone who is interested in joining. I would like to create my own because so far what I've seen is people seem to be pretty stingy when it comes to inviting people into their own Free Companies and when I ask to join, most of the time they just blow me off and continue what they are doing.

Mind you, that could be because this is a Japanese server and a lot of them may not speak english. Or maybe non-founding members are unable to recruit new members. Either way, I'm looking to start up an open Free Company, everyone is invited. Fair warning though, this is simply a social Free Company, for those seeking the hardcore experience, no this wouldn't be for you.

My character's name is Sion Forflame, and I'm with Order of the Twin Adder if you're interested. Our Free Company name is Sora Novus, SORA is the tag. I'm usually around between 5-10pm EST. I hope to see some of you soon!
