Tried a game card instead from the various websites available?
I'm having the same issue, who sells the game time cards? and synbois rex, are you Synbois from Hades(xi) ?
US has no access to game time cards. only EU are eligible to use them.
That's lovely, I had even tried to buy crysta to pay for it and I still get the same error . . . little help SE? =(

I would like to hear from this as well, my debit card was charged because of this error, I will call my bank tomorrow, I'm from the Philippines btw, Ive never had this billing problem from the other MMOs Ive played. I've resorted in buying ultimate game card to purchase crysta, why is it so stressful to pay to play this game.
