Looking for Mature/layed back FC

After transferring from Anima(JP) to Lich due to ping issues i am looking for a FC

I am into MMOs since Ultima Online about 15 years ago, i tried a lot of MMOs but only really sticked to Dark Age of Camelot (8 years) and FFXI (3 years)

What i am looking for:

-i am 30 years old now and i am looking for a mature and layed back FC.

-i don't want a progress guild, i like raiding, but there is no need for me to rush things. I do want to do things like Coil of course, but not at all costs.

-i like to use voice chats for raids, but i am not a person that hangs out in TS the whole day, even though it depends on the people.

I got multiple Jobs and Crafts on level 50 (MNK,SCH/SMN, MIN, LTW,WVR, GSM, ALC)

Its sad that basicly no one on this server uses the forums. I suggest you just check revenants toll and ask there. Plenty of FC's recruiting there everyday.

My FC is recruiting monks, but i do think were a bit to hardcore for you, we raid like almost 5 days a week

Ya, 5 times a week is at least 2 times too often
