The New maximum limit to a Area

A simple suggestion, Instead of "locking" people out of areas because of over population.

Try creating overflow zones so that people don't have to wait hours to continue they're quests or simply making it impossible to do leve's for leveling up gathering or crafting easily.

A too perfect example being Mor Dhona a place we people have been gathering to set up parties for Chimera/Hydra 2 Duties in which Duty finder can not be used aswell as setting up parties for things such as Titan HM comprised of competent players. The Mor Dhona area is also where vendors for darklight and the AF2 Armor sets are only available and the Lv45+ Leve's for things like Botanist.

Something like the system that Guildwars 2 was using at its release would more than suffice. This decision to lock players out just doesn't actually seem that well thought out.
