I just posted a thread asking same question
Supposively you get it if you invest every single point into a particular role... which means if you're someone like me and spread out your points then you're screwed until they release a way to reset points.
Tank: Paladin
DPS: Dragoon
Healer: White Mage
I dunno where the black mage barding comes from or if it's even obtainable by players yet.
That's what I figured just wanted to make sure before spending all that time doing it
