"Folly in the Field" (Player driven questline)
"Fellow adventurers!
Hark! As you may all know, there are rumors that the Grand Companies of Eorzea are to be reborn! Garlean soldier sightings are becoming commonsight as days pass, and fear has crept its way into even the strongest of hearts. For war is nearly upon us! Sharpen your blades, mend your shields and don your shelved armor. Daeva of War is in need of your help!
My fieldcrafters have been gathering feverishly for this, for our future depends on the rebirth of the Grand Companies! However, in the haste of their excitement, many of my members forgot to bring their blades (and their courage) to the field with them! So my adventurers currently find themselves stranded amongst the beasts of the world, unable to complete their task given and are in need of your assistance.
This is where you come in brave adventurer! I need you to seek out these players and assist them with whatever task they were assigned. For if you help them, I would be glad to help you.

Beginning on 5/21/11 at 8:00PM EST, Daeva of War will be running a PLAYER driven questline. This should take no more than 1-2 hours and can be completed by anyone rank 30 and up. The player with the overall shortest time doing this "chain quest" will receive a Dodore Doublet. 15 Silver Tricornes will be given out to the following top 15 people who finish our quest.
The quests will involve a small riddle or two, an escort quest, a small treasure hunt and maybe some killing. None of which will be difficult I assure you. At each stage of this quest, players names will be written down and checked at the end to ensure fairness for all and to remove any doubt of cheating. Fairness is promised and anyone can win. (Daeva of War members are exempt from any rewards)
This is all just for fun and has nothing to do with Square Enix in any way. I just want to have some fun and create some hype about the content that is coming. Our LS bank is full of this stuff and what better way to clean it out and give back to the community? GIVE IT AWAY!
The first part of the quest will be given out at the following time:
Steps in Uldah at 8:00 PM EST on the 21st.
If there are any less than 50 people standing in Uldah at the time of the quest beginning, it will be forefit and rescheduled.
