Transfer for a Name Change?

I need to remain on my server for friends and Free Company I'm CO-leading. Can I transfer to a random world and transfer back for a name change? Considering I create a lv1 version on myself on my current world once I am on the random temp one

Currently you can only transfer once. The paid service is due at the end of the month. Besides that, there is a 3 day waiting period.

"Waiting Period" As in before you can do it again.
