Camera panning and character slowly rotating

Hi there. I recently updated the game with the recent patch. Whenever I log in to the game, my camera automatically pans to a top down view of my character. This occurs on the selection screen and in game as well. Along with the camera panning, my character will slowly turn counterclockwise as well. Pressing A and D has no effect. Moving the mouse also has no effect. I have tried unplugging the mouse and keyboard. I deleted the previous patch data, however it has not repatched itself.

got a bluetooth or usb gamepad synched to the system?
