Shadows uncast for Twin adder, unable to complete

I have went through this quest twice now, first time seemed fine. Though, after doing the dungeon and going to turn it in, it does not say complete. I talk to the guy, but the checkmark above his head is still there. I thought that, if i redid it, (after abandoning it) it would work. But, it did the same thing. I tried talking to him over and over, but i could not get it to register that i completed it. Did i miss something? Or is this a bug? :confused:
