Positive Feedback for a GM's Service!

Hello!

I couldn't find another forum that was more exactly suited to this type of feedback, but I wanted to write about this, since I know a lot of customer service industries use some sort of satisfaction survey or use feedback to help in evaluating staff performance. Without going into too many unnecessary details, Gm Aesthphron provided among the best service (top 3) I've had in any MMO, or even any sort of customer service I've dealt with in general. Very helpful, very personable, and very responsive to addressing my concerns and putting in effort to resolve issues. Someone give Gm Aesthphron a raise or promotion or something!!

I'm happy you got someone who could help, gives me some hope. How can I get a hold of that guy? I've been dealing with cut and paste responses to my inquiry's for support.

I think it's just luck... and I'm not sure how to get a hold of someone directly... maybe you could try asking for someone by request? But maybe they split people up into different teams to handle different categories, I don't know...

They work in the Midgardsormr server and do an amazing job with handling such things like with what I had to deal with this morning. You know there is a free realm change going on. I am Neko Yasha there and would be more then happy to be friends with anyone that sends me a request if you see me and help with anything that I can.
If you do require GM help simply go into system into contact to make a report and under that list you will find sections for in-game help.

Just adding that Gm Mauksee is great too! Friendly, helpful and responsive!

Glad I found this thread, I was sure where to put this.

I just had a conversation with Gm Aesthphron on Balmung and he was very quick to respond and took care of my issue very quickly. If you're reading this, thanks again!

It took me a little while to find where to post but I'm leaving my feedback in this thread since I've reached my daily thread limit. Gm Mauksee on Excalibur was very kind, personal and understanding of my problem on my character E'rin Razgriz and I'd just like to leave a big thank you for your help!

I also have to throw out a big thanks to GM Xetyline!
