Fantasia Potion mistake

So I was intending to use a fantasia potion to change my hair and I got distracted by the other races and wanted to see what I could make and being the fool I am I went to grab some food and when I came back I sat on my controller, and well now I went from a Lalafell male to a Highlander female. Is there any chance the fantasia potion could appear as a cash shop item of sorts? I would be the first to buy one that's for sure..But if i could get this reverted for any reason that'd be sweet, and if not well i'll wait patiently for whenever the chance to get another fantasia potion arises free or not.

Might try submitting a ticket for this one, I doubt it'll get resolved on the forums.

Yeah a few of my friends said she looks nice, and i'll totally look into the ticket thing.

Not sure how you could pick a race you dont want and confirm it all by sitting on your controller.

Despite it being self-inflicted you have my deepest sympathies OP and for you sake I hope SE makes Fantasia purchasable.

Square-Enix offers a "1 time only" item restoration.

Create a ticket in-game and say the following

"Hi, I used my Fantasia and accidentally pressed confirm when I was sitting down, could you please use my one-time item restoration and recover the Fantasia for me please.

Date: blahblah october 2013
Time (if possible): 2:00pm PDT blahblah
Reason: Used item, error during the process

bam, done. They will restore it in a few days and you will receive 1 Fantasia in the moogle mail.

be careful though, you only get ONE restore per account.

to all using the fantasia potion, just make a new char first, play with the appearance and when ur happy save it, and only then use the potion, personally i am saving mine, welll if i am still playing this game a year later, and i get borard with the looks then i could change ;)

Thanks for all the replies and its nice to hear that my ticket will be answered and NEVER buy a controller with an auto fire button! That's what did me in if anything when I sat on it..

I put some some sort of tribally face paint/markings on my new look character, it looked alright on the character creation screen but it looks silly whenever I see it in game now. Kinda glad to hear I can do a ticket and they might look into it. Thanks.

*edit* Oh, and just after I post this I read the letter from the producer and it mentions salons coming where you can change your face paint and hair, though it's not for a a little while by the sounds of it. I can wait though. :)
