FPS/Performance dropped to unplayable after patch

First time logging in since patch, and i already see a problem the splash screen, and start menu are laggy, and buggy looks like it's moving at 1-2 FPS; the game it self is moving at 1-2 FPS; i got out of the game went through my processes to make sure it was not on my end. -- Tried 2-3 times, i got slightly better performance on the 3rd try, but still unplayable.

The game was fine prior to the patch, (Max FPS, ECT)

My hardware :

AMD 83XX 8-Core Bulldozer @ 4ghz
16 Gigs DDR3 RAM
Windows 7 Home 64 Bit
GTX 450

Can't confirm this, i'd say its improved actually.

not dropping to min 20's during svarna anymore.....
