[EU]Availability of Destination Worlds in Preliminary World Transfer Service (Oct.16)

With the preliminary World Transfer Service, that began yesterday, you are now eligible to select both overcrowded Worlds and the Worlds where the character creation restriction is being applied on as your destination World.

However we will continue to monitor the login status on all Worlds and if the login population on certain Worlds reaches to their limit, we may restrict the transfer to the overcrowded Worlds.
