Why not make a New Legacy Server?!?!?

Its so OBVIOUS I suspect SE has missed it.

Better thing to do would be to lift the restriction on Legacy Players being stuck on Legacy servers.

It made sense at launch but I think enough time has passed by now that there's really no difference anymore.
