Achievement Reward Not Given

I completed achievement Bump On a Log: Immortal Flames. The Achievement reward was a minion called mammet #003U ... Well as i completed the Achievement my bag was full and did not recieve my reward for the achievement. Could I please have someone look at this issue and is there any way i can get my minion because of this Bug? Bag was full during completion of this achievement can anyone tell me or can anyone please help .... tried sending in support ticket and get back nothing that is worth any kind of help to help me get my reward i achieved from this achievement.

Have you tried speaking to the NPC at Apkallu Falls in Old Gridania? :)

I thought the same. Talk to an NPC in Old Gridania.
