Can't Transfer

I can't seem to transfer my character. In the Mog Service account, under character it says "connection error" instead of showing my character. Any ideas why this is occurring?

If you spam refresh during whole process you can get it done that is how i did mine. Spam at error points not at constant to be more exact.
