Game is virtually unplayable since patch due to LATENCY

I played a good portion of the day yesterday, and for most of the past month with minimal issues, barring the occasional 90k error, but since logging in this evening, the server lag is downright sickening. I can't even complete simple leves because there is a 10-15 second delay on every single action I take.

It was fine before the patch. What in the world is going on?
