Unable to even get past USER AGREEMENT!

Hoping for some help!

I recently just did a fresh new install of Windows 7 (64-bit). After I have re-downloaded the game launcher, it uodated and then takes me through the user agreement page where you need to check that you "accept the terms of agreement" and then the NEXT button is presumably supposed to highlight so you can proceed...... but mine does not and I am stuck here. I have scrolled up down all around, restarted both the launcher and my PC several times but to no avail. its the same every time.....

This game uses an IE frame, so you MUST have all the latest Windows 7 updates installed, especially for IE and Cryptography(Root Certificate) updates.
