I have a character on gugnir and it won't show up on the list of the servers I want to transfer from, I wanted to transfer a character on a JP server onto an NA one and I chose the NA Legacies because it is a legacy character.... so what am I missing?

I have also noticed when I selected gugnir it did not show my character like it did for ragnarok....
